Do I need an Appointment before visiting?
Booking ahead means a shorter wait, but it isn't required. Our outpatient clinic and 24-hour emergency department welcome walk-ins — you'll always be seen.
What documents do I need to bring?
Your national ID or passport, your insurance card if you have one, any referral letter, and a list of your current medications. Bring previous scans or test results if relevant.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
Yes, our outpatient clinic and 24-hour emergency department welcome walk-ins. Booking ahead means a shorter wait, but you'll always be seen.
Can my family member stay overnight?
Most private and deluxe rooms include a sleeper sofa for one family member. Family rooms and nearby guest accommodation can be arranged through the concierge desk.
How does insurance billing work?
If we're accredited with your insurer, we bill them directly — you only settle co-pays or non-covered items. We handle pre-authorisation in the background.
Will I get help translating?
Our staff speak English, Luganda, Runyankole and Swahili as a matter of course. French, Arabic and Hindi interpreters can be arranged with 24 hours' notice.
How do I get my test results?
Most lab and imaging results are available on the patient portal within 24–48 hours. Your consultant will also walk you through them at your follow-up.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment, either via the SMS confirmation link or by calling our 24-hour line.
